4. The item arrived in an Amazon bubble envelope so the box was crumpled. The seller had used clear packing tape to tape the top of the box. The original tamper resistant tape was on the bottom of the box. I suspect the item may have been used but who can tell. It looked new. Taping the top of the box that should have already had an original tape on it so one could tell if it had been opened made me suspicious. It seems to charge and work okay so I won't ask for a return. 07-01-23
