Details:

May have been re painted I didn't do it. Front to back and front to back wear and tear rust pitting and dust and dirt but in good working good condition. The make is not marked on anything it is hard to read but I think it says l233 1 the base is about 9 wide at bottom and at top, tall.

Mounting holes are to center.
