This tool set is no different. As you can see in the photos the drill bit attached is slightly rusted but the drill itself ash few to little marks. The length of time they are able to hold charge is unknown to me but the battery does work and powerfully.
About this item this is the well loved and well known Hitachi tool set.

I have tested the batteries and the charger and they do charge well and hold charge. The drill has been used but only slightly.
The drill has a light mark where the brand and model is listed but is in good condition. The flashlight has not been used and has little to no marks or blemishes on it.
