I was told that the Inc standard table shows that is 7 tip and is 11 tip.

Someone helped me with the following info, as I am not a machinist depth of shaft is hole measures across inner threading would probably be the depth of the threading on back side, that screws onto lathe is about 3/4 with 6 threads, so probably around 8 threads per inch. I think this is also compatible w south bend 9 or 10 lathe. This is a 123K.
