Details:

Some of the guard plates that mount to headstock have slightly different bolt patterns and may a number holes. It could probably use new bearings or at the very least a cleaning and re-grease. The threads and head for the Allen screw to secure tube are in good shape with exception a little surface rust that area. Has some dings, scratches, and light surface rust, but the threads are good works as it should.

The headstock is in good shape. The threads are good for the screws to secure guard on. See video running. Sold as is, it came off of a good running lathe.

Craftsman Sears Series 113 12 wood Lathe Headstock with Number 1 Morse Taper. This 804183 headstock came off of a Craftsman 113.228160. This came off of a good running 113.228160 12 Lathe 1MT. The plunger/lock assembly works as it should.

It has some scratches, stains, marks from casting, and light surface rust on raw areas/components. The spindle is in good shape overall. Included is: the headstock 804183, 5 screws lock washers for securing guard plate to headstock, plunger/lock assembly spindle, spindle shaft, clips, and bearings, Allen head set screw attach 2-1/4 tube base.
