The strain relief shows some wear but otherwise tool itself is in perfect condition. There are a number of bits and screw holders that come along with this tool. This is an older, made in USA, Milwaukee tool.

I haven't used it at all for awhile except testing it, and works perfectly. 5 amps it runs screw through teak or even oak with no problem.
