The holes are then tapped and new mount installed. In the case of mill column, a new lead screw must also be installed. The conversion was easy and worked properly from get-go. The mill cnc-ready kit includes following: 3 stepper motor mounts cnc z-axis screw cnc-Rh coupling reload nut cnc-LHS template, bed bushing slide all nuts and screws for mount attachment.

The installation will involve drilling and tapping several holes to attach stepper motor mounts. The kits include drill blocks that are attached to appropriate table or bed using single existing hole and then two new holes drilled block as a guide.
