The batteries were connected to the charger but the charger was showing an error. I do my best to describe what I see accurately but if I miss something, I am only human.

This has been tested. I do try to check my messages periodically through out the night if I can.

The batteries do not have a charge, when this was tested there was just a small amount of charge in the batteries, just enough to make each tool move a little bit. When considering the purchase of these tools remember that it is the tools that work only and that the batteries and charger do not work.

That is true, but I just don't have time. I do not know if the batteries are bad or the charger is bad.
